Recovery

Along with our weight room, our fitness section features a recovery room. The recovery room has foam rollers, massage guns, leg compression sleeves, and much more.

In both the Men's and Women's locker rooms, there is a sauna room complete with towels and a temperature control panel. 

Massage specialists are on site and have multiple different treatment methods available to members. Sessions can be purchased post-workout or scheduled ahead of time.
